Thanks for taking the time to apply to vendor at Winton's Way Out West Fest . We will make sure we review every submission we get, but considering the huge number of vendors that apply we will not be able to get back to everyone and apologise if you do not hear from us.

STALL HOLDER GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome to Winton’s Way Out West Fest, over 6 days from April 6 - 11 2021.   Festival Organisers are keen to provide a variety of food traders and stall holders for the enjoyment of festival goers.


  • For all retail stalls $300 fee will be payable upon acceptance. To be paid via EFT to the Winton Shire Council.
  • For all food vendors a flat fee will be advised upon successful application. 
  • A $500 bond is payable upon acceptance for food vendors and will be held to cover cleaning fees if your site is not left as it was when you arrived.

  • All fees & bonds to be paid no later than Wednesday 13th February 2021. Remittance to be sent to Tahnee -- tahnee.oakhill@outlook.com
  • Festival commences Tuesday April 6, 2021 and ends Sunday April 11, 2021. Bump In is on Tuesday 6 April and Bump Out from Saturday 10 April 12:00pm to Sunday 11 April 12:00pm or by agreement with WWOWF Management Team
  • Elderslie Street is the main street of Winton and will be closed to traffic for the duration of the festival from Oondooroo St through to WERNA STREET. (Corner of TATT’S HOTEL)  
  • The IN-TOWN Food Traders will set up on Eldersle Street near Werna Street.
  • The Eric Lenton Memorial Ground Food Traders will be advised of their location closer to the festival date.
  • Stall holders will be able to set up and sell their products on either side of the Elderslie Street between Oondooroo Street and Werna Street, contributing to the festive atmosphere.
  • Trading Hours to be determined by the WWOWF Management Team.
  • Entertainment will be scheduled in town in the Shire Hall, Mulla Mulla Bar, Open Air Cinema and the Pubs from Tuesday April 6, 2021 and ends Sunday April 11, 2021.
  • Friday and Saturday evening entertainment moves down to the Eric Lenton Memorial Recreation Ground for the Main Event Concerts – gates open at 1:00pm and concludes at 9:30pm.
  • WWOWF Management Team will work with you regarding the size of the area you require for trading – however common sense, courtesy and safety must prevail at all times.   Only one business trader per site.  We do reserve the right to direct you where to trade.
  • Camping for Food Traders and Stall holders is available at the Showgrounds Camping free of charge on an unpowered site. Stall holders must nominate requirements upon acceptance.
  • Stall holders and Food Traders are offered up to 6 Adult Camping passes for Stall holder Personnel and will also be provided with staff (worker) wristbands upon arrival and induction to the site.
